Returns and cancellations

Return and exchange policy

We accept returns and exchanges for new products only within one week of receiving the product. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the product and return the item within one week of receiving our confirmation. Please note that returns and exchanges for customer convenience are limited to one time only.
When returning an item, please include all accessories (jewelry case, product warranty card, delivery note) with the item. We will process your refund after receiving the item.

*Due to the design of full eternity rings, they cannot be resized, so please make sure to check the size carefully when ordering.
**Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to reasons of our company

・If the return is due to reasons on our part, such as "the product is different from the one you ordered," we will cover the shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used once
  • Scratched or damaged products
  • Specially ordered items such as full custom orders, semi-custom orders, resizing, or engraving
  • Items that have been received more than one week ago
  • If the product has not been shipped within one week after we receive your request for a return or exchange
  • Damaged or soiled products
  • If accessories (jewelry case or proof of purchase) are soiled, damaged, lost or discarded
  • Products purchased from flea market sites, etc., other than our website or official LINE
  • In the case of a return request from someone other than the orderer or a refund to an account other than the orderer's name

1. Contact Us

Please use the return inquiry form or our official LINE account to provide your name, the product number listed on the product warranty, and the date of purchase.
For customers who paid by bank transfer, please enter the bank name, branch name, and account number to which the refund will be sent.

2. Return

After receiving the email from you, please return the item to us within one week using the method specified by us. Please note that unless the return is due to reasons on our part, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

After we have inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • For bank transfers: After we have confirmed the product, we will process the refund to your designated account within 3 business days.
  • If you used a credit card: After we have checked the product, we will process the refund to the credit card company you used at the time of purchase. The timing of the refund will vary depending on the card company, so please contact your card company.

*Please note that unless the return is due to reasons on our part, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders before delivery.
