Our lifetime warranty is a guarantee system that provides after-sales services such as cleaning, new finish, maintenance and repairs to customers who purchase from Ravi Charme.

Cleaning and new finish
We offer free cleaning and refinishing for the life of your item*.
- Size adjustment
We offer free* resizing and repairs within one year of your order. (Please note that some full eternity rings cannot be resized due to their nature.)
・Other maintenance
Other maintenance and repairs will generally incur a fee, but please feel free to contact us each time.

Precautions
*1 Cleaning, refinishing, maintenance, and repairs all take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This does not apply during long holidays such as the New Year holidays.
Disclaimer
- When sending products to us for the above services, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Repairs may be difficult depending on the condition, such as damage caused by misuse, excessive impact or strong force, breakage or damage due to carelessness, or significant deformation or distortion .
- The maintenance service does not guarantee that the product will be exactly the same before and after the service.
- We are not responsible for any wear or deformation that may normally occur on products during maintenance services (for example, when finishing a product as new, we use a method that involves slightly scraping the surface to remove fine scratches, which may result in the engraving or other marks becoming faint).
- If damage or loss occurs during repair or maintenance due to our gross negligence, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product and the shipping costs incurred for this service.
- If our products have been repaired or modified by other companies, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for those products, and they will not be covered by our maintenance service.
