01. Solid support
We share our vision with our customers through hand-drawn drawings and photographs, and then we thoroughly communicate with our staff to determine the details of the design before providing an estimate. After receiving the estimate and receiving payment, we move on to the 3D design process using CAD. Throughout this process, Ravi Charme's staff will provide solid support, helping us to bring our customers' vision to life.

When ordering from Ravi Charme, we use the highest quality moissanite stones in accordance with the 4Cs, 18K gold or platinum as the base metal, and carefully craft them by experienced, skilled artisans so that customers can enjoy their jewelry for as long as possible. Ravi Charme aims to create jewelry that customers will want to wear for years to come and that can be passed down to the next generation.
03. Lifetime Warranty
To ensure that our customers can enjoy our jewelry for as long as possible, Ravi Charme offers a lifetime free cleaning and refinishing service. We also offer free resizing and repairs within one year of your order. (Please note that some full eternity rings cannot be resized due to their nature.)
* Shipping costs for maintenance will be charged separately.
Custom-made process
01. Custom-made requests
If you send us your request (hand-drawn illustration, photo, document, etc.) via the custom order form or our official LINE, our staff will contact you. (Please consult with our staff about any special requests. For example: as a gift, without a delivery note, wanting to include a message card, etc.)
02. Finalize the design
We will decide on the details of the design with our staff, and once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a quote.
03. 3D design
After you confirm the estimate and payment, we will begin creating the 3D design using CAD (this will take approximately 3 business days). After the 3D design is created, we will present it to you and make any necessary adjustments. If there are any major changes to the cost, we will provide you with a new estimate.
04. Production
Once the design is finalized, each piece is created by skilled craftsmen in the atelier (delivery takes 3-4 weeks).
05. Inspection
The jewelry created by the atelier will be redesigned and the stones inspected at Ravi Charme's headquarters.
06. Delivery
After inspection, the product will be delivered to the customer (free shipping within Japan via Yamato Transport).
Precautions
*1 Normally, delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks after the design is finalized, but this does not apply during long holidays such as the New Year holidays.
*2 Ravicharme does not charge design fees or 3D design creation fees. Please note that the rights to custom-made designs belong to our company and may be commercialized.
